Cancellation Policy

To all my wonderful clients (new & old) - due to an increasing amount of “no shows” and last minute cancellations, you will now be required to pay a rebooking fee if you cancel or “no show” without giving a 24 hour notice. As a courtesy to myself and other guests, please provide 24 hours of notice from your scheduled time slot if you are needing to cancel your appointment. Cancellations or changes made to an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Please understand that by providing me with a 24 hour notice, you are allowing me to service another guest. Thank you for understanding!
